Pastry Junior Sous Chef

The Pastry Junior Sous Chef will assist the Sous Chef in leading daily pastry kitchen operations at a luxury resort, overseeing production of breads, pastries, desserts, ice cream, and specialty confections while ensuring quality, consistency, and sanitation standards. The role includes coordinating schedules, managing inventory, training team members, and contributing creative menu ideas to enhance the guest experience.
