Pastry Junior Sous Chef

The Twenty Two is seeking a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join its celebrated London brigade, responsible for driving the daily operations of the pastry section. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality pastries across the restaurant, afternoon tea, room service, and private events while contributing to menu development. The successful candidate will support and train junior staff, maintain exceptional food safety standards, and step up to lead the section during service.
