This role serves as the front line for coordinating patient registration and scheduling new appointments via phone and online requests. The position involves verifying patient information, utilizing decision trees to schedule visits, and ensuring timely, high-quality service for patients and referring providers. It is a telephone and computer-based position with limited to no face-to-face interaction.
