The Payroll Manager will lead and develop a small payroll team and oversee the ANZ payroll function for approximately 500 staff. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with employment agreements, enterprise bargaining agreements and statutory requirements while driving process and system improvements. The position partners with People and Culture, Finance and senior stakeholders and supports organisational wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
