About this role
The Payroll Manager will be a key contributor within Sotheby’s Finance team, overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for North American geographies and supporting approximately 600 employees. The role partners closely with Human Resources to ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements, supports audit and year-end activities, and contributes to payroll system and process improvements. The position requires strong leadership, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and involvement in payroll-related projects.
