Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for Malaysia and other international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments for all employees. This role involves managing statutory submissions, vendor coordination, payroll audits, and reconciliation, while staying updated on legislative changes. The specialist will also implement process improvements and automation initiatives, working closely with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Candidates should have over three years of payroll experience, a solid understanding of Malaysian payroll laws, and proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS tools.
