About this role

As a Payroll Territory Manager, you will prospect new clients and manage payroll presentations for small and mid-sized businesses to close sales within a fast sales cycle. This role also involves coaching Senior Product Advisors, maintaining client records in the Atlas CRM, and collaborating closely with local Payroll Division Managers to identify business needs and secure contracts.

Responsibilities

Prospect new clients for payroll and HCM services through in-person and phone channels
Deliver payroll presentations and uncover client needs to close business deals
Train and coach Senior Product Advisors on product knowledge and sales processes
Maintain accurate client records and schedule interactions using Atlas CRM
Collaborate with Payroll Division Manager to set appointments and drive team goals
