Peer Advocate - FlexStaff

The Peer Advocate provides peer support to behavioral health consumers experiencing psychosis, serving as a role model to maximize wellness and independence through shared experiences. This role involves collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to foster a supportive culture in member treatment, conducting outreach, and assisting members with tasks outlined in their treatment plans. The position requires effective communication, cultural awareness, and reliable access to transportation and a telephone.
