Peer Mentor - EST

The Peer Mentor at Equip engages with patients to support their recovery from eating disorders, working within a multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include conducting virtual sessions tailored to individual patient needs, co-facilitating support groups, maintaining documentation, and sharing lived experiences appropriately. This role requires a strong passion for helping others, experience in patient care, and comfort in using technology in a remote environment. Peer Mentors are expected to work flexible hours, including some evenings, to accommodate patient schedules.
