This role provides direct and indirect care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers at a 24-hour behavioral health urgent care service. The position involves supervising and monitoring consumers, assisting with daily living skills, documenting symptoms, and participating in shift reports. It requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and substance abuse issues.
