About this role
The Peer Support Worker role with Mission Australia’s Way Back Program provides lived-experience, non-clinical psychosocial support to people experiencing suicidal crisis or bereavement from suicide. This part-time position (4 days per week) is based in Dubbo NSW and focuses on recovery, community integration and practical support. The role operates within Mission Australia’s values and multidisciplinary teams to promote client wellbeing and independence.
