Universal Aftercare Peer Worker

The Wellways Peer Worker role provides psychosocial support to individuals experiencing suicidal crises or recovery journeys through shared lived experience in a non-clinical setting. Based out of Wagga Wagga, NSW, the position focuses on empowering clients to develop personal skills, build community connections, and actively engage with their care teams. Candidates must have direct lived experience of suicidality, a strong understanding of peer practice principles, and the right to work within Australia.
