People & Culture Projects & Systems Lead

This role involves leading the optimisation of Oracle HCM across recruitment, core HR, performance, talent, reward, and learning, translating business requirements into practical solutions. The position requires acting as the HR SME on payroll systems integration and assessing the Oracle HCM recruitment module for end-to-end screening and onboarding. The role focuses on automating transactional processes, growing manager and employee self-service, refining reporting and dashboards, and facilitating workshops to bring IT, P&C, and frontline operations together.
