Remuneration and Benefit Advisor

This role involves adapting global reward frameworks to the local Australian and New Zealand market, interpreting enterprise agreement provisions, and preparing bonus calculations. The position requires managing the annual reward calendar and reviewing job levelling frameworks as the local expert on remuneration and benefits. Reporting to the APAC Remuneration & Benefits Manager, the role is a hands-on, standalone position on a six-month fixed-term contract.
