People Development Manager - North

The People Development Manager will execute the development strategy to enhance retail performance by identifying, designing, and evaluating training and development initiatives for colleagues and management. This role focuses on collaborating with retail stakeholders to deliver effective learning interventions, coaching, and social learning while upholding quality standards and driving a return on investment. The position requires frequent travel across the North region to scope learning needs and embed new initiatives into the workforce.
