Perception Engineer, Autonomy

A Perception Engineer at Serve Robotics is responsible for enhancing the sensing capabilities of the company's autonomy stack by developing and refining sensor processing pipelines for cameras, LiDAR, and radar. This role involves evaluating sensor algorithms for quality and resiliency, characterizing sensor performance, and integrating new sensors into the robotics platform. Collaboration with perception, autonomy, and hardware teams is essential to improve multi-sensor performance and ensure robust calibration and health monitoring across the fleet of delivery robots. Strong expertise in C++ and Python, along with experience in sensor processing and robotics, is required.
