Pharma Sales Director

Develop Health is seeking a Pharma Sales Director to win and grow partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, driving patient access to life-saving medications through automated benefit verification and prior authorization solutions. The role involves building and managing a pipeline of manufacturer accounts, closing complex agreements, and expanding existing partnerships to accelerate therapy initiation and adherence. This individual contributor position reports to the Head of Life Sciences & Partnerships and requires extensive travel and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
