About this role

This role provides integrated off‑site pharmacy support to patients, pharmacists, and providers, focusing on specialty medication management and adherence. The technician serves as an off‑site member of the clinic team handling prior authorizations, benefit investigations, financial assistance, documentation in EMR/Therigy, and patient onboarding.
