About this role

As a Pre-Construction Lead at Giga, you will own the full-stack site delivery process between site selection and construction, ensuring sites are shovel-ready for the company's AI infrastructure projects. This role involves managing entitlements, utility coordination, environmental due diligence, and stakeholder engagement while collaborating closely with engineering and construction teams to compress approval timelines.

Responsibilities

Drive zoning, land use approvals, and conditional use permits through local and state agencies
Lead negotiations with power providers, water districts, and telecom utilities
Manage Phase I/II environmental assessments and wetlands determinations
Create and maintain detailed development schedules tracking every entitlement and permit milestone
Represent the company at public hearings and build community relationships to support projects
