Senior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator

The Senior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator leads and assists with complex public sector pursuits and preconstruction assignments for K-12, higher education, and civic projects. This senior, client-facing role owns the full preconstruction lifecycle from early concept through GMP execution and serves as the primary point of contact for owners and design partners. The position requires executive-level communication, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits across a multi-office region.
