Airbnb is seeking a Customer Service Manager based in Ireland to provide operational leadership for internal customer service (Delivery) teams supporting the Airbnb community in English and Italian. This full-time role is focused on overseeing service quality, driving team and service performance, and owning people strategy for teams of approximately 10–15 ambassadors. The Manager will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
