Prep Cook

The Prep Cook position involves preparing a variety of food products, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and stocks, according to the club's standard recipes. The role requires following state and local health and food safety regulations while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. This position supports member and guest service by coordinating kitchen operations and ensuring proper station setup and breakdown.
