Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of food products, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and stocks, according to the club's standard recipes. This role involves coordinating kitchen operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary. The position requires adherence to health and food safety regulations while supporting the Sous Chef in daily kitchen functions.
