The Pricing Lead at Mill will drive the development and optimization of pricing strategy across products, memberships, and add-ons to increase revenue and customer lifetime value. This role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align pricing and bundling with customer value and business goals. The position also focuses on using customer and market insights to inform decisions and scaling company-wide pricing experiments and programs.
