Principal ASIC Test Development Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for enabling testability for ASICs, memory, and 2.5D SiPs across product development and manufacturing, covering both ATE-level and system-level testing. The role partners with cross-functional internal teams and external suppliers to ensure manufacturability and high quality of semiconductor components. The position is based in a hybrid work model with an expectation of ~2 days per week onsite.
