About this role

The Principal Hardware Electrical Validation Engineer leads electrical validation of PCBAs and hardware products, ensuring designs are de-risked from project kickoff through release. This role partners with hardware design, system validation, and post-silicon teams to define validation approaches, introduce test standards and equipment, and maintain lab capabilities. The position focuses on hands-on lab bring-up, debugging, and improving validation processes to ensure product readiness.
