The role is focused on sustaining HIV services by strengthening government-led, cost-effective health systems that support HIV treatment, laboratory services, adherence and retention, monitoring systems, and the health workforce. The PI represents the activity to donors and government partners and ensures alignment with national public health priorities and USG regulations.
