Senior Technical Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMCTC)/Pediatric HIV Advisor, DOS LEAP Global - Nigeria

The Senior Technical PMTCT/Pediatric HIV Advisor will be embedded with Nigeria’s Ministry of Health and NASCP to provide long-term strategic and technical leadership for PMTCT, pediatric, and adolescent HIV prevention, care, and treatment. The role supports the U.S. Department of State Health Assistance Office by guiding program design, monitoring performance, strengthening health systems, and ensuring alignment with national and USG priorities. The Advisor will produce technical reports, conduct field assessments, and facilitate stakeholder coordination to improve maternal, child, and adolescent HIV outcomes.
