The Managing Partner for Workday’s Government practice is responsible for the overall success of a portfolio of strategic Federal Government customers, building executive relationships and stewarding deployments and adoption. The role drives subscription retention and growth, ensures customers realize value from Workday solutions (including AI-enabled features), and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver successful enterprise transformations. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, revenue retention, and revenue growth.
