About this role
The Principal Partner Success Manager will be the first regional hire in EMEA for Workato’s Partner Success department, owning a portfolio of partners from a services/delivery perspective and acting as their strategic advisor. The role partners closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partner functions) and external partner leaders to scale partner practices and ensure high-quality customer outcomes. This position reports to the Director & Global Head of Partner Success and is fully remote within EMEA with required travel.
