About this role
The Principal Test Engineer will lead ATE test solutions and own the test lifecycle for complex mixed-signal SoC products from design validation through high-volume production ramp. This role partners with design and manufacturing teams to define test strategy, manage sample bring-up, and ensure production readiness. The position supports development and oversight of ATE programs and test infrastructure for high-speed interfaces.
