The role focuses on coordinating Change Requests and Problem Reports generated through internal testing and customer feedback. This position works closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure issues are properly documented, tracked, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track software and system network-related issue tickets
Review incoming tickets for completeness and assign to engineering teams
Generate reports and metrics including issue inflow and burndown
