The Earth Partners LP
The role is responsible for technology and process development of Flip Chip product packaging, integrating customer requirements into cost‑competitive DFM solutions, and qualifying processes for NPI and high‑volume manufacturing. The engineer will lead technical discussions with vendors, select optimal materials and processes, and drive continuous improvement in yield, quality, and packaging difficulty.
