The Better Cotton Initiative is seeking a Procurement & Contracting Officer to support its procurement workstream. This role involves managing procurement processes, onboarding suppliers, and ensuring contractual compliance within a global organization committed to sustainable cotton farming practices.
Better Cotton Initiative (Better Cotton or BCI) is a global non-profit that works to make cotton production more sustainable and to improve the livelihoods of cotton farming communities. It develops and promotes practical standards, farmer training and verification to reduce environmental impacts (water use, soil health, pesticide reliance) and boost productivity and income. BCI partners with brands, retailers and supply‑chain actors to scale adoption of better practices and increase the volume of responsibly produced cotton worldwide.
