About this role

Alma is seeking a Product Engineer (AI) to own end-to-end development at the intersection of AI systems and user-facing products within an AI-native law firm. This role involves designing agentic pipelines and RAG architectures while building the React interfaces that expose these capabilities to internal legal teams and external customers. The engineer will collaborate directly with founders to ship an AI-powered immigration platform, leveraging modern coding agents to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

Own AI-powered features end-to-end from design to production deployment
Design and build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks
Develop robust observability systems to measure AI output quality
Build React interfaces that expose complex AI capabilities to users
Operate as a force multiplier using AI tooling to accelerate development
