About this role

As a Production Team Lead, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates responsible for kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading food products. You will ensure adherence to safety and GMP guidelines, manage inventory, and drive performance improvements while supporting the implementation of HACCP standards. This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate a team of 30+ hourly employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production associates for packaging and processing tasks
Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines throughout operations
Monitor production plans and resolve work problems to improve productivity
