About this role
A PDP Associate at Unum participates in a three- to four-year rotational leadership development program that provides cross-functional experience across areas such as Benefits, Underwriting, Customer Service, Enrollment, Finance, and Digital Transformation. The program includes mentorship, leadership training, and opportunities to work at multiple Unum locations (Chattanooga, TN; Portland, ME; Columbia, SC). Upon successful completion, associates are eligible for promotion to Sr. PDP.
