About this role

The Professional Services Consultant is a customer-facing role responsible for gathering requirements, designing, building, and implementing solutions to help customers successfully adopt and operationalize KnowBe4 products. This position owns the technical journey from discovery through production deployment, partnering directly with customers to understand their business objectives and technical environment. The consultant translates these requirements into solution designs, validates implementations, and enables administrators with platform knowledge to ensure a successful handoff to the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities
