Program Lead

The Program Lead prepares and implements planned curriculum and activities for school-age children at various YMCA sites in the Salem-Keizer area. This role involves supervising groups of children, ensuring their safety and individual needs are met with dignity and respect, and modeling the Y's core values. The position requires collaboration with site supervisors and other staff to maintain a positive and developmentally appropriate environment for children from kindergarten through fifth grade.
