This part-time, in-person role involves leading a group of 20-25 students in a classroom setting, serving as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. The Program Leader fosters a safe and nurturing environment while providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity. The position requires maintaining high standards for behavior and safety, supporting student development, and communicating with site management, teachers, and parents.
Our mission is to partner with schools to Change the Odds for Kids through expanded learning programs in California.
