The role translates business priorities into an integrated national portfolio plan, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and contractual exposures while acting as the senior escalation point for project issues. Through strong cross-functional leadership, the role ensures alignment across the complete SDU delivery lifecycle and enables effective decision-making and recovery where developments are at risk.
