The International Rescue Committee (IRC) Deutschland is hiring a Project Lead for the ESF-funded SkillsPath programme, which supports NEET young people (16–29) in Germany, Greece and Spain using an AI-based skills assessment and training to improve labour market integration. The role oversees project delivery across a seven-partner consortium, ensuring timely achievement of objectives, quality standards and accountability. The position is based in Berlin, Bonn or remote within Germany and is fixed-term through 30.11.2026.
