The QA Support Coach is a quality-focused role supporting MTM’s contract with WMATA, centered on maintaining and improving Operational Control Center (OCC) performance through monitoring and evaluation. The position provides oversight of OCC call and operational data and supports client-facing quality initiatives. The role is based in Hyattsville, MD and works closely with OCC leadership and stakeholders to uphold compliance and recording standards.
