Quality Control Manager

This role leads, coaches, and mentors the Quality Control team to ensure the highest product quality standards across the factory. The position involves cross-functional coordination with purchasing and sales, as well as implementing and maintaining comprehensive quality systems such as BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, and HACCP. The incumbent will assist in internal and external audits, manage quality documentation, and support customer interactions regarding quality matters.
