Quality

The Quality role involves performing pre-operational inspections and ensuring production processes meet superior food safety systems and quality standards from raw material entry to finished product shipment. The position requires conducting chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, and managing quality documentation. The role also includes investigating customer complaints, monitoring SQF systems, and having the authority to halt production if unsafe conditions are encountered. This full-time position reports to the QA Manager and is based in Calgary, AB.
