R&D Engineer - Process Integration

The R&D Engineer - Process Integration will orchestrate and integrate critical process steps such as dielectric selection, lithography, cleaning/etching, PVD, and electroplating into a manufacturable flow for next‑generation packaging architectures. The role involves developing integration plans, defining design rules, managing process windows, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize yield and ensure feasibility of device/package designs.
