About this role
The Project-based Recoveries Advocate will support Tala’s beta rollout of Installments in the Philippines by working within a temporary sandbox unit focused on specific “Expanded Access” and “Installments” accounts. The role centers on helping the organization test and refine new collection protocols and workflows during a six-month fixed-term project. This position plays a key role in gathering data and feedback needed to shape future recoveries processes before a broader rollout.
