Under the supervision of the Site Administrator, this position monitors activities delivered by the Department or in cooperation with external agencies at various sites. The role involves implementing and monitoring program activities, ensuring quality standards, and providing leadership through staff supervision, coaching, and training. The incumbent also assists with program planning, scheduling, and operational support to maintain customer satisfaction and meet technical standards.
