Recruiter

The Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process for Kobie's corporate functions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding remotely while collaborating with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team. This high‑ownership role requires managing multiple requisitions, building talent pipelines, and delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
