Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for staffing hourly production and salaried positions across all shifts at Hennig’s Machesney Park facilities, including welders, assemblers, engineers, and office staff. The role manages the full hiring process from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention, working closely with supervisors to fill positions with qualified candidates. The position requires building talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
